It depends on the integration. For more complex wholesale platform connections, the Blastramp–NuOrder integration project is expected to take approximately 12–16 weeks from project kickoff to completion — the most time-consuming part being prepping your Blastramp data, while testing and final review typically take only a couple of weeks. Nuorder Simpler integrations like Shopify are faster and guided by Blastramp’s onboarding team with test orders run together before go-live.

It varies by channel. Inventory stays in sync automatically, allowing orders from multiple channels to keep flowing. Blastramp More specifically: data feeds are updated multiple times daily based on agreed sync times, and orders sync from NuOrder to Blastramp in approximately 15 minutes. Nuorder For Brandboom, product and inventory information is updated from Blastramp within 15 minutes, and orders are collected and sent to Blastramp every minute. Brandboom Shopify operates on real-time inventory sync.

Yes. CommerceHub (now rebranded as Rithum) is listed as one of Blastramp’s key integrations, specifically supporting dropship channel management. It’s worth noting that Rithum is the evolved platform that unifies what used to be CommerceHub and ChannelAdvisor Wikipedia, so any reference to “CommerceHub” on Blastramp’s site refers to the same ecosystem now operating under the Rithum name.

Blastramp has built-in resilience and error visibility. In the extremely rare event of downtime (Blastramp maintains 99.9% uptime), orders queue and sync once the connection is restored — your sales never stop. Blastramp On the platform side, if an order fails the requirements in Blastramp, the error is displayed in its order history on Brandboom Brandboom, allowing teams to identify and correct issues. Post-launch, Blastramp’s integration team collaborates with you to address unforeseen issues.

Blastramp’s architecture is API-based — data is transferred using API Nuorder across its integrations. While Blastramp doesn’t explicitly advertise an open self-serve API for arbitrary platforms on their public pages, their team has historically supported custom integration requests. For anything outside the listed integrations (Shopify, ShipStation, QuickBooks, Xero, JOOR, NuOrder, Brandboom, CommerceHub, etc.), the best path is to reach out to Blastramp directly to discuss feasibility through their support or sales team.
