With this integration, 3PL clients can utilize Blastramp’s export functionality to generate a CSV file containing invoices for each brand under their organization. These invoices are structured to align with QuickBooks’ native import capabilities, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Instead of manually creating invoices for each brand in QBO, accounting users can now use the CSV file to import invoices for all brands at once, saving valuable time during the billing period.

Each invoice encompasses all relevant service charges, including:

  • Inbound and outbound handling
  • Storage fees
  • Freight costs
  • Miscellaneous charges

Additionally, crucial billing details such as payment terms, due dates, and brand-specific addresses can be pre-configured within Blastramp, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Looking Ahead: Enhancing Brand-Level Accounting Control

Blastramp is actively working on an enhancement that will allow for brand-level invoice extraction, enabling brands to import invoices for their own orders directly into their respective QuickBooks accounts. This will give brands greater autonomy over their financial records while still benefiting from the efficiency of the Blastramp ecosystem.

Our roadmap includes API-based integration with QuickBooks Online, unlocking even more advanced capabilities, such as:
