For the 32nd year of this prestigious program, Gwen joins an esteemed global cohort of 39 influential women with a diverse range of expertise and backgrounds. Gwen is one of three Canadians in this year’s program, joining other accomplished leaders from the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The prestigious program comprises an intensive leadership development experience at prominent locations, including INSEAD Business School and the University of Cambridge. Fellows join an inspiring community and receive mentorship from IWF members while developing a substantive legacy project to benefit their communities.
